Automation Tester / Manager (Selenium, Appium)

Job Description

The client is a BPO company with a global insurance project focusing on general insurance.

Responsibilities

* Responsible for test automation and regression testing for financial transaction systems.

* Design and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure system reliability.

* Develop automated test scripts for payment workflows, APIs, and system integrations.

* Maintain regression test suites and support CI/CD testing processes.

* Work closely with development and QA teams to identify and resolve defects.

Requirements

* Experience in QA Automation / Software Testing.

* Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and Appium.

* Experience developing or working with test automation frameworks.

* Proficient in API Testing and integration testing.

* Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

* Experience in banking, fintech, insurance, payments, or financial systems is an advantage.

* For Manager: QA leadership/management experience with Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency.
