AUTOMATION TESTER

Job Description

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field

3-5 years software testing experience

Should possess strong knowledge in Java, Automated testing, Gherkin/ Cucumber, Selenium, Appium, Python, API testing,

Knowledge of the banking domain or investment sector would be an added advantage

Experience with equity trading platforms or similar is considered a beneficial quality

Proficient in communicating in fluent English

Proficient in Mandarin

Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs.

Proficiency in Postman, Rest Assured, SoapUI, or similar API testing tools.

Experience with API automation using Java.

Familiarity with SQL for database validation.

Familiar with Linux operating system

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.

Develop, execute, and maintain test cases.

Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.

Create test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.

Expert in APIs security standards by testing authentication, authorization, and data protection.

Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to enhance product quality.
