Automation Tester

• Lead the automation testing team in designing & implementing automated tests using Tricentis Tosca.

• Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks for UI, API, & database testing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, BA, QA) to define & refine testing strategies.

• Analyze functional and technical requirements to design effective test cases.

• Execute automated test scripts, analyze results, & report defects.

• Ensure in-sprint automation delivery in Agile environments.

• Mentor and guide junior automation engineers.

• Track and report test metrics, KPIs, & automation coverage.

• Integrate Tosca with tools - JIRA, Bamboo, qTest, & CI/CD pipelines.

• Maintain reusable libraries, recovery scenarios, & test data using Tosca TDS.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on expertise in Tosca automation (UI, API, DB SQL, Oracle, MongoDB).

• Strong knowledge of Tosca concepts: modules, test cases, test configurations, execution lists.

• Experience with SOAP/REST API testing using Tosca.

• Familiarity with Tosca-JIRA-Bamboo integration.

• Good understanding of Agile, DevOps, & CI/CD practices.

• Proficiency in test management tools (Tricentis qTest, HP ALM, etc.).

• Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (Java, VBScript, C#, Python) is a plus.

• Exposure to other automation tools like Selenium, UFT is advantageous.
