This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor based in Kota Damansara. The Service Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance on vehicle maintenance and repair services. Responsibilities include coordinating with technicians, delivering exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction with all service processes.

• Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair procedures
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written Communication abilities
• Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Relevant technical certifications or training are considered a plus
