Loan Agency team authorize/validate/monitor the full range of administrative duties of servicing a deal, as well as gaining exposure to a variety of syndicated facility types. Business management team is responsible for reconciliation, static data maintenance, user access management and call-back. We are currently seeking for Assistant Vice President and Manager in ISV Loan Admin and Deal Built to join the wider team.

What you will do:

Create a capability framework for Issuer Service Operations in Kuala Lumpur for all region, to provide operational support within the Global Service Centre framework guideline in Malaysia.

• Accountable for Loan Agency Operations, and Ancillary functions, to provide global support for all regions
• Building and maintaining a scalable end to end Issuer Services process to support overall aspirations of the business.
• Responsible for entity and functional management of 10 to 20 staff based in Kuala Lumpur to support multi regions.
• Management of operational processes and control function to meet or exceed service level and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for continuous process improvement of existing processes, migration of new functions from the onshore business partner and driving efficiencies of a new system.

Extensive working experience in the securities industry, to include:

• Knowledge of inter-bank offered rate based loan administration.
• Management position with exposure to business partners across multiple geographical locations.
• Proven experience in managing medium to large teams.
• Prior experience in syndicated loan operations would be preferred.
