Responsible for managing a portfolio of Commercial clients (loan size up to MYR60 million) including evaluating their loan applications, conducting credit reviews, marketing and cross-selling a wide range of banking products and services
Monitor overall facility utilisation and profitability of the assigned portfolio
Build rapport and develop meaningful networking to maintain account relationships with both existing and prospective customers/ clients
Build customer/client loyalty by establishing a trusted advisor relationship, as The Trusted Banker to call
Identify customers/clients needs and capture new financing and / or cross selling opportunities; negotiate for best margins to optimise profitability
Deliver both in terms of speed and quality for all KPIs assigned
Ensure accuracy on customer due diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC)
