AVP / VP - Credit Risk
Job Description
- Primary coverage: Corporate Finance
- Supplementary coverage: Credit analysis on Financial Institutions, Leveraged finance and Non-Resource Real Estate Finance
- Performing risk reviews on credit proposal (Loan etc.) from front offices, like India branches.
- Making recommendation on proposed transactions to the management of the department for their approval
- Discussing with front offices for better structure, terms and conditions to make the transaction bankable
- Assigning credit rating to customers
- Performing periodical credit reviews and monitoring of customers and transactions
- Gathering information on the customers, industries and countries for credit reviews and market monitoring
- Giving guidance to front offices on transactions and customers from credit risk view
- Bachelor's degree or any equivalent qualification
- 5 - 10 years of working experience, managing large corporate credit assessment within the financial industry
