Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support End-to-End Process Ownership & Analysis in areas such as Transaction Banking, Cash and Liquidity Management, Treasury and Trade Finance.
- Lead the design of customer-centric TB journeys with a focus on cycle time reduction, straight-through processing, and service quality.
- Partner with Product and Operations teams to align process, policy, and technology changes.
- Own and drive analysis of front-to-back Transaction Banking processes, including client onboarding, servicing, fulfillment, and operational execution.
- Define target-state process designs and operating model improvements aligned with TB strategy and growth ambitions.
- Identify structural inefficiencies, duplication, manual touchpoints, and control weaknesses, and drive improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.
- Support the definition of capability maturity benchmarks across our core markets.
- Monitor post-implementation performance to ensure benefits realisation and sustainability.
- Exposure to regional projects across APAC.
- Opportunities to work closely with senior product, operations and technology teams on transformation initiatives.
- Delivery oversight and backlog management as Product and Process Owner.
- 7–10+ years of working experience in Transaction Banking, Operations, Consulting, or Transformation roles.
- Proven experience in process re-engineering, operating model optimisation, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with transaction banking products (Cash, Trade Finance, Treasury, Liquidity Management) is a plus.
- Highly analytical, structured, and outcome-driven.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including at senior management level.
- Strong technology literacy with the ability to challenge solution design and delivery complexity.
- Solid working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Pragmatic, resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently
