About The Job

  • Configure and maintain secure AWS networking components, including VPCs, routing tables, security groups, load balancers, and Auto Scaling groups.
  • Provision and manage AWS compute resources (EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway) and storage solutions (S3, EBS, RDS for MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL).
  • Implement cloud security best practices, perform cloud hardening, and remediate findings from AWS Security Hub and AWS Inspector.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
  • Manage system operations, including OS patching (Linux/Windows), Amazon CloudWatch monitoring, and automated backup/restoration strategies.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Hands-on experience in AWS cloud engineering, administration, and cloud networking principles.
  • Experience managing Windows Server and Linux (e.g., Red Hat Enterprise Linux) environments.
  • Familiarity with DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation).
  • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, or SysOps Administrator) are preferred.
