Role Overview

We are seeking an Azure Cloud/DevOps Engineer to build and operate secure, automated, observable cloud environments for modern enterprise applications. The role requires strong Azure, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, containers, networking, monitoring, and production-readiness experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and provision secure Azure environments across development, test, staging, and production.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, branch/release strategies, automated deployments, and environment promotion controls.
• Support application hosting using Azure App Service, Container Apps, AKS, VMs, or other appropriate Azure services.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Bicep, or equivalent tools.
• Configure networking, DNS, certificates, WAF, private connectivity, Key Vault, secrets, identity, and access controls.
• Support managed databases, object/blob storage, messaging, caching, monitoring, and logging services.
• Implement observability using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and alerting.
• Define backup, recovery, resilience, scaling, patching, and operational-readiness practices.

Required Experience & Skills

• 7-10+ years of cloud/DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience with strong Azure depth.
• Hands-on experience with Azure networking, identity, application hosting, containers, storage, databases, monitoring, and security.
• Strong experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong experience with Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or comparable infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Experience with Docker and at least one managed container/orchestration platform.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, secrets management, observability, resilience, and production operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure API Management, Service Bus, Azure Database for PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, Redis, and Front Door/WAF.
• Experience supporting .NET and/or Java workloads on Linux/containerized Azure environments.
• Azure certifications are a plus.
