About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Azure Solution Sales Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on managing and selling Azure Consume Revenue (ACR) and Noventiq Azure Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Public cloud solutions sales, with a specific focus on either the Enterprise Commercial (EC) or Small and Medium-sized Corporations/Businesses (SMC/SMB) segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the adoption of Azure services, including ACR, within the targeted segment (EC or SMC/SMB).
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Solution Selling: Identify customer needs and propose tailored Azure solutions to address their business challenges.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, partners, and other internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Azure services.
  • Training and Enablement: Provide training and support to customers and partners on Azure services and best practices.
  • Business Owner: Own the Azure business, work with Microsoft Malaysia for the forecast and opportunity.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cloud solutions sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Azure services, particularly Azure Container Registry (ACR), and the cloud computing market.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
