Job Description

Purpose

Win B2B, B2G, and Embassy accounts through vendor registration, outreach, relationship building, and deal closing.

Scope

  • Government, GLC, and embassy outreach
  • Corporate accounts (gifts, hampers, wholesale, bulk orders)
  • Vendor onboarding and documentation management

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Qualified leads per week
  • Vendor registrations completed
  • Number of active accounts
  • Closed deals per quarter
  • Repeat B2B orders

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect government bodies, GLCs, embassies, corporates, and institutions
  • Manage vendor registration and onboarding requirements, including documentation packs
  • Arrange meetings, product samples, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate fulfilment requirements with Operations team
  • Maintain CRM pipeline and submit weekly sales forecasts

Must-Have Requirements

  • 24 years of B2B sales experience (F&B/FMCG preferred)
  • Professional communication skills with strong persistence
  • Organised and disciplined pipeline tracking

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with procurement processes
  • Basic exposure to tender portals
