B2B Marketing Executive HQ Based

Owns the B2B pipeline downstream of our marketing events — converting contacts into qualified leads and structured opportunities. Works independently with minimal supervision.

Major Duties

• Qualify and score B2B leads, and manage the follow-up cadence through to meetings booked.
• Support event execution and coordination alongside the events team.
• Prepare post-event postmortem reports and present findings to the team lead and heads of department.
• Develop partnership and sponsorship proposals.
• Produce B2B sales enablement material — decks, case studies, one-pagers.
• Maintain the B2B lead database and report on conversion performance against campaign targets.

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• One to two years in B2B marketing or lead generation.
• B2B lead qualification, scoring, and follow-up management.
• Fluent in Google Workspace — Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive.
• CRM systems and campaign performance reporting.
• Proposal and sponsorship package writing.
• Sales enablement content development — decks, case studies, one-pagers.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting to senior management.
• Able to work independently and travel for events.
• Added Advantage: Proficiency with AI tools for research, content drafting, and analysis.
