About the Role
We are expanding Kamdar's B2B division and are looking for driven, resourceful B2B Sales Executives who can grow our corporate client base across multiple industries. You will build relationships with organisations such as hospitals, hotels, schools, corporates, government agencies, event companies, restaurants and interior firms, offering them high-quality textiles, uniforms, furnishings and custom-made solutions.
This role is ideal for a proactive salesperson who enjoys meeting clients, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development
-Identify, prospect and acquire new B2B clients across sectors including hospitality, healthcare, education, corporate, F&B, events and more.
-Conduct outbound outreach via calls, LinkedIn, email and field visits.
-Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and hit monthly activity targets.
2. Client Meetings and Relationship Building
-Schedule and attend meetings with procurement teams, owners, administrators and project managers.
-Understand client needs and match them with Kamdar's product offerings (bedding, uniforms, curtains, fabrics, towels, table linens, custom products).
-Maintain long-term relationships and encourage repeat orders.
3. Proposal & Quotation Management
-Gather requirements and coordinate with the Sales Coordinator to prepare quotations, samples and proposals.
-Ensure accuracy in pricing, specifications and delivery timelines.
-Follow up consistently on sent quotations to maximise conversions.
4. Account Management
-Manage ongoing client accounts and ensure timely delivery, issue resolution and repeat business.
-Work closely with internal departments (merchandising, operations, production) to fulfil orders smoothly.
-Track client satisfaction and proactively identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
5. Sales Reporting & CRM
-Update leads, meetings, notes and pipeline in CRM daily.
-Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
-Track conversion rates and continuously refine sales approach.
