Back End Developer

We are seeking Backend Developers (Intermediate level and above) to join a fast-growing technology company expanding into the Malaysian market. The company specializes in developing large-scale digital platforms and mobile applications, with a strong focus on innovation, AI-driven development, and high-performance system architecture.

As part of the core technical team, you will contribute to both new product development and the enhancement of existing platforms, working in a dynamic environment that values efficiency, creativity, and technical excellence.

Job Description

1. New Project Development

- Participate as a core contributor in new product initiatives.

- Develop Android or iOS client applications and manage the full development lifecyclefrom requirement analysis to implementation and launch.

- Ensure seamless user experience, stable performance, and complete functional delivery.

2. AI Technology Integration

- Utilize AI development tools (e.g., Gemini-cli, Claude-code) to accelerate workflows, improve code quality, and explore AI-driven development enhancements.

3. Performance Optimization & Maintenance

- Analyze and optimize application performance.

- Troubleshoot issues such as memory leaks, performance bottlenecks, and app stability.

- Ensure long-term reliability and smooth operation of client applications.

4. Support for Existing Projects

- Maintain and iterate on mature or ongoing projects before new initiatives begin.

- Ensure continuous stability and support release cycles.

5. Research & Innovation

- Keep current with the latest mobile development technologies and industry trends.

- Introduce advanced solutions to strengthen product competitiveness.

- Promote technical improvement within the team.

Requirements

1. Technical Skills

- Proficient in native Android or iOS development.

- Strong knowledge of Java/Kotlin (Android) or Swift/Objective-C (iOS).

- Solid programming fundamentals and ability to work independently on complex tasks.

- Familiarity with mobile development essentials such as performance optimization, memory management, and network communication

- Experience using AI development tools (Gemini-cli, Claude-code, etc.) to enhance coding efficiency and quality.

2. Experience & Background

- Minimum 4 years of mobile development experience.

- Bachelor's degree or above in a computer science or related field.

- Experience delivering end-to-end Android or iOS applications (from development to app launch).
