Backend Developer (Fresh Grad)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain back-end services for the influencer marketing platform

2. Build business modules such as KOL campaign management, reward settlement, data statistics, and related APIs

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Computer Science or related technical fields

2. Fresh graduate until 2+ years of working experience in back-end service development, or relevant internship / campus project experience

3. Familiar with Golang and Python; experience with web frameworks such as Iris or Gin, and GORM

4. Experience with MySQL and Redis; knowledge of Kafka and MongoDB is a plus

5. Experience in marketing platforms, campaign systems, payment settlement, or third-party integrations (e.g. YouTube, Airwallex) is a plus

6. Proficient in using AI coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Codex) to improve development efficiency
