About the Role
This role will provide application support to our operations. Primary duties include identifying, responding to, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to applications and services, ensuring optimal performance and satisfactions for users and drivers.
Reporting to the local technical team leader, you will collaborate closely with the local engineering and operations teams, as well as HQ engineering teams, to provide support, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the enhancements that drive the overall success of products. Additionally, you'll provide hands-on technical support during
and after rollout, help localize and adapt systems, to support regional operations.
Requirements
4+ years experience in software engineering or technical operations
Knowledge of Java / PHP / Node.js / GoLang
Knowledge of middlewares such as edis/ElasticSearch/Kafka/RabbitMQ, etc
Experience with backend microservices and APIs
Experience in MySQL
Demonstrated integrity and accountability in managing sensitive data and operational risks
Experience in operational support, especially during launch periods
Must be fluent in English and Mandarin or in Cantonese, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
Experience in logistics platforms

Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end-to-end mobile applications
