In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Fund Risk System - Design fund check rules, build risk control tools, optimize for millisecond-level performance
- Backend Development - Develop high-volume, high-performance distributed applications and big data platforms
- AI-Assisted Coding - Use AI tools (Codex, Qoder, Claude Code) for coding, create prompts, review AI-generated code
- Cloud & Infra - Maintain public cloud infrastructure and troubleshoot system defects
- Collaboration - Work with global teams, conduct code reviews, share AI development practices
You could be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor's or above degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid programming ability in mainstream languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#), and foundational knowledge of JVM, databases and distributed systems. Fresh Graduates are welcome!
- For senior candidate, Team management and SME experiences are preferred.
- Hands-on experience with mainstream AI Coding development tools such as Codex, Qoder, Claude code, etc., with demonstrated ability to craft efficient prompts and review AI-generated code.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and basic understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Strong problem-solving and code debugging skills, with a passion for leveraging AI to enhance productivity.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork; enthusiasm for staying current with the latest AI Coding advancements.
