We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Java Backend Developer with at least 4 years of hands-on software development experience to join our core engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance backend services. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver robust software solutions that drive our business forward.

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in backend software development.

• Core Java: Deep understanding of Java (Java 11/17+ preferred), including memory management, concurrency, and multithreading.

• Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data).

• Web Services: Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Database Technologies: Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).

• Version Control: Solid experience with Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., Pull Requests, branching strategies).

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

• Microservices: Experience building and maintaining distributed systems and microservices architectures.

• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Containers: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration tools.

• NoSQL & Caching: Experience with MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, or Elasticsearch.

• Message Brokers: Knowledge of asynchronous messaging tools like Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS.

• Testing: Familiarity with testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, or Testcontainers.
