In this role, you will:
- Be an active participant in the development of high-volume, high-performance, low-latency, and reliable mission-critical applications
- Follow coding standards and development processes to ensure code quality and maintainability
- Assist in code reviews and issue resolution
- Design and develop new features based on requirements and specifications
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and fix system defects
- Participate in technical discussions and project meetings, providing technical support and suggestions
- Apply AI Coding tools (e.g., Codex, Qoder, Claude code, etc.) to improve development efficiency and code quality.
- Create effective prompts for AI Coding tools and optimize generated code with best practices.
You could be a good fit, if you are/have:
- Pursuing bachelor's or above degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Experience in Java programming, familiarity with Java development environment
- Possess baseline problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication skills and strong collaboration mindset
- Possess foundational database knowledge, such as SQL, transaction and relational databases
- Basic experience using AI coding tools and optimize generated code with best practice
- Able to write clear prompts to help AI generate code
