Assist the manager of Banca Advisory Sales Support (BSS) in providing effective, prompt and seamless technical/systems support/ management which are being used by STMKB's distributors/agents/banks partners. Assist the manager of BSS for the collation and analysis of the management/marketing information from various sources and systems, compilation and reporting of statistical information on key performance measures. Assist manager of BSS in providing effective and timely preparation of distribution management report, contest and administration. Test the system to ensure it is ready for regulatory or business needs or changes and system enhancements. Assist the manager of BSS in the management and monitoring of ad-hoc projects or reporting for the customers, products, channels and other relevant business units. Develop and generate management / marketing reports / analysis to support the effectiveness and growth of business with the bank partners and other business channels, where deemed necessary.
Job Description
- Assisting BSS in providing effective and prompt systems/technical/sales supports to the bank partners and STMKB's sales management team to achieve the set contribution target, Annualized First Year Contribution (AFYC) as plan as well as persistency ratio.
- Actively involved in the preparation of scheduled reports for the bank partners.
- Ensuring strict adherence and compliance of any Advisory sales activities to the company's / bank's guidelines as well as regulatory bodies.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior.

Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline preferably in Statistics, IT, Business Management, Accounting, Finance or Insurance.
- Sound knowledge in MS-Office software, database/systems related software and reporting tools.
- Effective reporting knowledge involves gathering, analyzing, and presenting information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner
- Able to leverage skills in data analytics, risk analysis and data visualization
- Strong communication (verbal and written)
