Financial Advisory, Relationship Manager, Bancassurrance Specialist
A big financial services company is currently hiring a Bancassurance Manager!
What you will do:
- Promote and sell Bancassurance products through the bank nationwide, mainly to HighNetWorth (HNW) clients.
- Plan strategies to grow Insurance sales in the bank's affluent and HNW customer segments
- Work closely with Wealth Management teams to include insurance as part of clients overall wealthplanning solutions.
- Join and support sales/marketing events to acquire new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent client service and aftersales support to build long-term relationships.
- Manage relationships with internal teams and external insurance partners.
What you need to succeed:
- Strong understanding of HNW clients insurance and wealth needs.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Banca sales or mixed products with notable achievements in sales
- Strong sales skills and ability to advise and drive revenue.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and high integrity.
