Job Responsibilities
- To be abreast with all STMKB's Advisory Takaful Products and promote them to Affin customers. To perform sales and business activities.
- Drives personal Advisory Takaful production and formulate action plans to achieve personal production target.
- Builds and fosters long term and profitable relationship with customers and potential customers by providing excellent and professional customer service.
- Refers potential customers who may be interested and/or keen in AFFIN's other products/services to relevant parties and ensure optimal achievements of set targets.
- Provides advice on financial planning and perform other service functions (i.e. carry out sales visits, prospecting and early engagements to generate leads).
- Acts as takaful's single point of contact and cultivate excellent relationship with all parties.
- Performs Know Your Customer (KYC)/ Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for financial/non-financial transactions.
- Ensures high standards of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by Affin and STMKB.
- To generate own leads from walk-in customers, bank events, and personal contacts.
- Actively participate in the bank's sales and promotion activities.
- Ensure sales and services rendered to customers are in compliant with internal and external policies, guideline as well as regulations.
Qualifications And Experience
- Certified with Takaful Basic Examination (TBE) for Family Takaful will be an added advantage.
- Preferably candidates with Bachelors degree in Finance/Banking Insurance with knowledge in some working/sales experience in Insurance/ Takaful.

- Open to all Malaysian citizens only.
- Fluent speaking of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be a team player, energetic and result oriented with a desire to achieve excellent service.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Positive attitude and adaptable to changes in working environment.
- Team player and good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Able to meet timeline & scope under work pressure.
- Strong marketing skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
- Computer literacy at user level.
- Willing to travel.
- Sales driven and strong customer orientation with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
