Responsibilities:

. Partner and work closely with hiring functions, business managers and HR Business Partners

. Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans or sourcing plans to determine the most appropriate candidate sources that align to the search requirements

. Take charge of recruitment initiatives, implementation those initiatives and track the ROI

. Work on ad hoc HR/TA related projects when required
