Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bar Manager role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Bar Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the rooftop bar, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing bar staff, maintaining inventory, curating beverage menus, implementing quality control, and fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The Bar Manager will also collaborate with the food and beverage team to achieve sales targets and deliver memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with a focus on ensuring a premium guest experience
• Proficiency in the Food & Beverage sector, including knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and supplier relations
• Experience in Training and managing a team to maintain a high standard of service and performance
• Sales acumen, with the ability to drive revenue through thoughtful promotions and menu strategies
• Proven leadership and organizational skills, with experience coordinating events and managing budgets
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or bar setting is a plus
