Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving quality coffee and other beverages, maintaining the cleanliness of the workspace, and ensuring food preparation meets company standards. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and creating an inviting atmosphere for customers. The role also involves maintaining inventory and adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Barista skills, including preparing coffee and beverages to high standards
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication to ensure a welcoming customer experience
• Customer Service skills focused on creating positive guest experiences
• Knowledge or experience in Food Preparation and maintaining hygiene standards
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
