Description
The Business Development Manager (BDM) at Galaxy Health Insurance Co. Ltd. is responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the health insurance sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer service.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and report on progress to management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of health insurance products and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate with clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
