Beauty Advisor / Beauty Promoter (Retail Sales)

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Drive & Target Achievement

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly individual and counter retail sales targets.
• Proactively approach walk-in shoppers, introduce marine skincare philosophy, and convert browsers into paying customers.
• Drive cross-selling and up-selling by recommending complete skincare regimens (cleanser, serum, moisturizer) rather than single items.
• Actively recruit new customers to the brand database and follow up with existing clients to encourage repeat purchases.

2.     Skin Consultation & Product Demonstration

• Conduct professional skin consultations to understand customer concerns (aging, hydration, brightening) and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Demonstrate product textures, application techniques, and efficacy directly on customers skin (e.g., hand or facial demonstrations).
• Maintain deep product knowledge regarding marine ingredients, product benefits, usage instructions, and pricing.

3.     Counter Operations & Visual Merchandising

• Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of the beauty counter, tester units, and display shelves according to global luxury standards.
• Ensure stock accuracy by monitoring inventory levels, reporting low stock, and participating in regular stock counts.
• Assist in executing visual merchandising updates, promotional setups, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
• Handle point-of-sale (POS) cash registers, process credit card/e-wallet transactions accurately, and follow department store (Seibu/Isetan/Parkson) operational policies.

Recommended Salary Package

• Tiered Commission Scheme:
• Tier 1: 3% to 5% commission on net sales up to 80% of target.
• Tier 2: 7% to 10% commission upon achieving 100% of target.
• Special Retail Commission: Higher percentage (e.g., 12%) or cash tokens for driving specific hero products or high-margin gift sets.
