Job Description

Attend to customer requests and enquiries on fragrance products
Recommend the ideal fragrance product to customers according to their individual preference through knowledge sharing
Maintain good relationship with customers to build customer loyalty
Basic housekeeping of work area
Assist in retail operations, e.g. stock take
May be required to be involved in new beauty products launches & related events

Requirements

Requirements

Relevant retail experience in fragrance products
Excellent customer service skills with a strong sales orientation
Willingness to commit to retail operational hours
Pleasant disposition and well-groomed appearance
Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers
