Beauty Consultant

Fleek TCM is a beauty salon located at Jurong west.

We offer a huge variety of hair services & other beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments.

We are looking for Full Time position as follows:
Basic Salary + Commission

1) Beautician or Beauty Consultant
2) Hairstylist
3) Sales Manager

Requirements

-Consultant experience needed for managerial roles otherwise beauty industry experience

- 6 days work week / full time
- Other ad-hoc duties instructed by the manager
- Promote wide range of services and packages
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Hardworking and team cooperation
- Able to commute well with peers / a team player
- Able to speak basic Chinese and English to maintain good after-sales relationship with different racial clients. (Most clients speak English and Chinese only)
- Strong negotiation and selling skills, well groomed and presentable.
- Independent and self-motivated

- Beauty / Facial knowledge

- Hair Service knowledge: cutting, designing, re bonding, coloring, hair treatments, washing and etc

- Must hit personal sales target and group targets
- Prefer Chinese candidate as mostly our customer are chinese speaking.
