Job Summary
- Act as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional, personalized in-store experiences that make every guest feel welcomed, valued, and inspired.
- Drive sales performance by confidently recommending products, building client relationships, and achieving individual and team targets.
- Uphold boutique standards and company values through strong teamwork, operational excellence, and a commitment to sustainability.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming guests and creating personalized in-store experiences
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, including demonstrations where required
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and upselling
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Maintain boutique presentation standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and stock organization
- Support inventory management, including replenishment, stock counts, and reporting
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and adhere to cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members and support daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and health & safety guidelines
- Participate in training and continuously build product knowledge and brand storytelling skills
- Support and execute on brand's recycling program – Big Little Things
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service (luxury or premium retail preferred)
- Strong passion for beauty, skincare, and delivering excellent customer experiences
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Friendly, customer-focused & sales-driven
- Good communication and basic PC skills
- Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn
