Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Shah Alam. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging potential clients, demonstrating technical solutions, and delivering product presentations. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, developing and managing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities to meet client needs and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Material / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or a related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales strategies
  • Proficiency in Technical Support with a problem-solving mindset
  • Strong Communication skills for technical presentations and customer engagement
  • Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Prior experience in the oil & gas or industrial sector is an advantage
  • Flexibility to adapt to client needs and travel for on-site visits
