Job Description

Job Responsibility

Headmistress Group is looking to hire a Branch Sales Manager to manage the sales and operations of the Headmistress outlet in Kuala Lumpur. The key responsibilities of the Branch Sales Manager are to run and manage the sales and operational aspects of the outlet including:-

  • Strategize, plan and execute the marketing and sales initiatives to meet the monthly sales target
  • Consult customers for the right treatment (training will be provided)
  • Selling/closing treatment package and/or products
  • Build customer relationship
  • Staff retention & motivation
  • Recruitment of the right talent to enhance the team
  • Financial reporting

Job Requirements

  • Experience in managing retail outlet or branch operation
  • Experience in sales and ability to close package to meet sales target
  • A natural people person
  • Driven and Independent
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to train, motivate and managing team
  • Presentable
