Responsibilities

Deliver professional skin analysis and consultation to guide customers in selecting appropriate skincare products and aesthetic treatments.
Manage incoming customer enquiries and resolve complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Drive sales of skincare products, facial treatments, slimming services, TCM therapeutic services, and aesthetic treatments to meet and exceed team targets.
