Beauty Spa & Wellness Sales Manager

Salary: $4,500-$6,000 + attractive sales commission

De Beaute, a well-established, CaseTrust-certified Medi-spa chain, seeks a results-driven, energetic Beauty Spa & Wellness Sales Manager to lead our outlet team.

The ideal candidate can motivate high-performing teams, grow revenue, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in the premium beauty, slimming, or spa wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure excellent customer service.

- Lead, coach, and motivate beauty and slimming consultants to achieve their goals.

- Drive daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and strengthen customer retention.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and treatment quality.

- Monitor staff performance, manage schedules, and coordinate training.

- Respond to customer enquiries, resolve service concerns, and follow up on quality service management.

Working Hour:

- Monday to Friday: 10:30 am - 8:00 pm

- Saturday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

- Sundays and public holidays: Off
