Bellman

About the role

The Bellman greets hotel guests upon arrival and departure, assists with luggage, Assist guests to their rooms, and provides information about hotel amenities and local attractions. This role requires excellent customer service, professionalism, and physical stamina.

What you'll be doing

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage.
• Assist guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel amenities.
• Provide directions and information about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
• Deliver packages, messages, and guest requests to rooms.
• Assist with valet or transportation services when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and luggage storage areas.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues or refer them to the appropriate department.
• Ensure guest belongings are handled safely and securely.
• Follow hotel safety, security, and service standards

What we're looking for

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
• Friendly, courteous, and guest-oriented personality.
• Professional look with good personal grooming.
• Able to lift and handle guest luggage safely.
• Good knowledge of hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, reliable, punctual, and proactive.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
