Bid Coordinator Protege Trainee (Ref. No. R1011733)
at our location in Kuala-Lumpur
You will enjoy having these responsibilities:
- Support preparation of tender and proposal documents.
- Review bid requirements and develop proposal outlines, templates, and compliance matrices.
- Coordinate preparation and distribution of tender documents and bid submissions.
- Collect inputs from sales, technical, and other internal teams for proposal compilation.
- Ensure all proposal documents are properly formatted and organized.
- Review RFP/RFQ documents to understand submission requirements.
- Edit content for grammar, clarity, and effectiveness.
You have:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Able to work in a team; proactive and selfmotivated.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for proposal drafting.
- Detailoriented with accuracy in documentation.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple bids and contracts.
