Job Description:

Drive end-to-end planning and execution of major campaigns (e.g. Double-Digit Mega Campaigns, 15MMS, 25SSS, Category Campaigns)
Translate commercial goals into actionable strategies (e.g. discount structures, seller requirements)
Collaborate with internal teams to secure key deals and ensure seamless execution
Monitor performance via dashboards, identify gaps, flag issues, and recommend improvements
Partner with BI, Marketing, and BD teams to improve outcomes through data-driven insights

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any related field
Strong interest in e-commerce, digital platforms, and campaign management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent project management capabilities and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills experience working cross-functionally is a plus
Prior experience in e-commerce, consulting, or programme management is a bonus
