About the Role
This role will provide application support to our operations. Primary duties include identifying, responding to, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to applications and services, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction for users and drivers.
Reporting to the local technical team leader, you will collaborate closely with the local engineering and operations teams, as well as HQ engineering teams, to provide support, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the enhancements that drive the overall success of products. Additionally, you'll provide hands-on technical support during
and after rollout, help localize and adapt systems to support regional operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-to-end mobile applications
- Coordinate closely with local and HQ engineering teams
- Troubleshoot technical issues collaborate with team members
- Customize tech tools for local data compliance and optimize workflows
- Handle issues involving sensitive data with the highest level of integrity
- Engage in ongoing compliance improvements and actively participate in privacy discussions
- Engage in post-launch operational support, including monitoring, alerting, and debugging
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering or technical operations
- Knowledge of Java / PHP / Node.js / GoLang
- Knowledge of middlewares such as edis/ElasticSearch/Kafka/RabbitMQ, etc
- Experience with backend microservices and APIs
- Experience in MySQL
- Demonstrated integrity and accountability in managing sensitive data and operational risks
- Experience in operational support, especially during launch periods
- Must be fluent in English and Mandarin or in Cantonese, both written and spoken
