About This Opportunity

As ChatDaddy continues to grow, we are looking to hire a Customer Success Executive to join our team.

Customer Success plays a critical role in our SaaS growth journey. In this role, you will work closely with clients to ensure they achieve meaningful results from our platform, build strong long-term relationships, and contribute directly to customer retention and sustainable revenue growth.

Role Overview

The Customer Success Executive plays an important role in ensuring customers achieve lasting value from ChatDaddy's platform. This position focuses on building trusted relationships, supporting customer onboarding, and guiding clients to make effective use of automation solutions.

You will work closely with customers throughout their journey, helping them feel supported, confident, and successful over time, while also providing valuable feedback to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role may include:

  • Supporting new customers through platform setup and onboarding
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication
  • Helping customers identify opportunities to gain more value from ChatDaddy's features
  • Advising clients on effective and practical automation use cases
  • Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with internal teams to support product improvement
  • Assisting with account renewals and identifying upsell opportunities aligned with customer needs
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution

Candidate Profile

This opportunity may be a good fit for professionals who:

  • Have experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or other client-facing roles, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment
  • Are proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written), and comfortable communicating with clients in both languages
  • Possess a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset
  • Are organized and familiar with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools)
  • Can work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Are proactive, detail-oriented, and attentive to customer needs

Experience with WhatsApp automation platforms or similar tools is an advantage but not a requirement. Training and support will be provided.
