Bilingual is hiring Mandarin–English Video Remote Interpreters to help patients and healthcare providers across the United States communicate clearly. No interpreting experience is required. We provide fully paid training.

Schedule (please read before applying)

Our clients are in the US, so shifts follow US Eastern Time, which means evening to early-morning hours in Malaysia.

• Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST (10:00 PM–7:00 AM Malaysia time). Full availability is required for all 3 weeks.

• After training: You choose your shift from our available options within 6:00 AM–9:00 PM EST (7:00 PM–10:00 AM Malaysia time).

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Mandarin and English

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Laptop or desktop computer (tablets and smartphones are not accepted)

• Full availability for the 3-week paid training
