Permanent Night Shift Opportunity
Please note: This position requires a long-term commitment to overnight working hours.
We are seeking dependable individuals who can adapt to a permanent night shift environment and confidently manage conversations that may require accuracy, professionalism, and quick thinking.
Comprehensive Paid Training Program
No Prior Interpretation Experience Needed
Successful candidates will participate in a 7-week paid training program designed to prepare you for real-time language support services.
Training Covers:
- Professional interpretation fundamentals
- Communication and active listening techniques
- Industry terminology and practical scenarios
- Managing urgent and sensitive discussions
- System navigation and live simulation exercises

Work Arrangement
100% Working From Home
Schedule
- 5 working days per week
- 2 rotational rest days
- Minimum 8-hour shifts per day
Night Shift Schedule Options
- 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- 2:00 AM – 11:00 AM
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver real-time English ⇌ Chinese language support over the phone
- Facilitate smooth communication between parties from diverse industries
- Ensure messages are conveyed accurately and impartially
- Handle urgent and confidential situations with professionalism
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and customer service
Who We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Comfortable supporting China markets
- Willing to work on a permanent night shift schedule
- Excellent listening, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Reliable, professional, and able to remain composed under pressure
