Role Description

Billing Assistant supports overall patient financial and administrative services in Hospital. This role involves managing billing and invoice enquiries, preparing and issuing bills, coordinating claims submission with panel providers, TPAs, and insurance companies, and supporting Guarantee Letter (GL) processes. The position also assists with patient admissions, cashiering, and other Business Office operations, including after-hours services, to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient financial and administrative workflows.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Billing Process and Invoicing is essential.
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and compliance with billing procedures.
  • Previous experience in healthcare billing or related fields is a plus.
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
