WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Billing & Accuracy
- Prepare and issue billing packs on a timely basis (weekly targets)
- Ensure high accuracy in billing for both existing and new clients
- Process billing adjustments, new business and renewal billing
Client Management & Issue Resolution
- Manage and respond to client billing enquiries within agreed timelines
- Investigate and resolve complex billing issues involving insurers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain strong client relationships by delivering clear communication and reliable support
- Ensure minimal client complaints through high service quality and responsiveness
New Business & Onboarding
- Verify onboarding documents with Sales/Renewal teams to ensure data accuracy
Operations & Process Improvement
- Monitor billing turnaround time and ensure invoices are issued within SLA
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements to enhance billing efficiency
- Increase productivity of billing output while maintaining accuracy
- Maintain proper documentation and support reporting needs
Compliance
- Ensure all billing activities adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Insurance) is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, billing, or the insurance industry is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data handling, basic analysis)
- Strong attention to detail with solid analytical skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable with an entrepreneurial mindset
