The Billing Executive is responsible for executing billing tasks according to the established schedule, ensuring revenue assurance is maintained. The role involves collaborating with various teams to investigate and promptly resolve any discrepancies. They will work closely with IT and Finance to address month-end closing issues efficiently and complete all related tasks on time. Additionally, the Billing Executive will prepare and distribute reports to stakeholders without delay, support digital transformation efforts by automating billing processes and workflows and carry out any other duties assigned by the manager.

Make an Impact by:

• Perform billing activities as per agreed schedule and ensure revenue assurance is enforced.
• Work with various parties to perform investigation and to resolve discrepancies in a prompt and timely manner.
• Work closely with IT and Finance to promptly resolve all month end closing issues for smooth closing.
• Perform all month end closing tasks as per closing schedule.
• Promptly prepare and dispatch reports to various stakeholders.
• Work with digital team to digitalize/automate billing processes, reports and workflow.
• Any Ad-Hoc duties assigned by manager.

Skills for Success:

• Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ IT/ Business or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• For experiences candidates, preferably minimum 1-2 years of direct billing exposure experience with SAP experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, eye for detail, meticulous and digital savvy.
• Possess effective communication skills to deal with stakeholders.
• Able to write and communicate clearly in English.
