Job Summary
Manages and drives BIM initiatives in accordance to the overall resources, timelines, standards, and client/organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Provide strategic and resource planning to ensure the successful deliver of BIM deliverables
- Manage day-to-day BIM implementations, operations and deliverables.
- Develop, review and update the BEP and related documents.
- Lead the overall production and delivery of the detailed design model, coordinated, simulation and as built models.
- Establish processes and protocols for data exchange and user right access to maintain model integrity and validity.
- Communicate with project stakeholders to facilitate RFIs, design changes, and ensure that the model is updated based on the resolutions provided.
- Lead the overall information production and data extraction for design, procurement, construction team and other stakeholders.
- Produce BIM progress report on bi-weekly/monthly basis or as requested to identify and measure BIM implementation progress.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in AEC or related field.
- In depth knowledge of BIM processes and knowledge of industry standards.
- Possess BIM related licenses and certifications
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in BIM, design or engineering related experiences.
- Proficient in BIM authoring software.

- Ability to use time productively, maximize project efficiency and meet challenging project goals.
- Ability to take on additional technical responsibilities and knowledge as needed with minimal guidance.
- Posses the ability to lead a team and work independently.
