About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented BIM Modeller (MEP) & BIM Coordinator (MEP) to join our project team. You will be responsible for converting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering designs into high-quality 3D models, ensuring accurate routing and supporting the coordination process to minimize site clashes.

Key Responsibilities:

BIM Modeller You will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models (MEP) based on 2D drawings and design specifications, ensuring everything meets project standards.

BIM Coordinator You will oversee the BIM process for our projects. This includes managing model aggregation, running clash detection, facilitating coordination meetings, and ensuring seamless collaboration between different disciplines.

Qualifications / Skills

Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in MEP BIM Modeling.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
Good understanding of MEP services, schematic drawings, and building construction sequences.
Strong attention to detail, proactive in problem-solving, and a good team player.
Strong communication skills to lead coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts with engineers and architects.
