BIM Modeler

Responsibilities:

• Design and Drafting details presentation using Revit (BIM) and AutoCad software
• Construct 3D BIM models
• Develop technical plans, details and 2D/3D schematic diagrams using AutoCad
• Involved in 2D shop drawings and BIM model from Production until As-Built Stage by providing updating and amendments, or revisions to shop drawings
• Liaise with team to ensure changes in procedures and standards are communicated to project teams
• Liaise and coordinate and other trades for cross-team support on BIM software
• To manage and coordinate production of quality shop drawings and BIM model in all projects assigned with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are done as per design requirements
• Ensure all models are compatible and BIM data are made available to project participants.
• Other extra work assignments from the department when needed.

Requirements:

• Familiar with Revit (BIM), AutoCad, BIM and MS Office
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Construction or Structural Engineering
• Experience with BIM process in large construction projects advantageous
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good spoken and written ENGLISH is a must
• Honest, responsible and hardworking

• Monday to Saturday 8.30am-5.30pm
