BIM Modeler Johor Bahru (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, STRICTLY NO WALK-IN)

Job description

1) Coordination of infrastructure drawings and specifications with architectural documents for telecommunication facilities infrastructure design and construction

2) Ensure detailed design drawings and specifications are developed using CAD software

3) Ensure proposal and costing drawings have no errors

4) Ensure consultation with colleagues / customers to design, layout or detail components and systems to resolve design or other problems

5) Ensure that drawings are checked, approved and files in accordance with company quality system

6) Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for new products

7) Draft and prepare layout drawings of the given structures, components and devices

8) Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements

9) Main duty will be performing data updates and maintenance to complete work orders to the legacy mapping system using AutoCAD Software

10) Prepare straightforward 3D models and 2D detailed drawings of floor plans and data center

11) Generate shop drawings, as built drawings & detailed drawings for tender submission & projects

14) Develop BIM models with the correct parameters & attributes for BIM based qualification & 4D simulation

Qualification / Requirement:

1) Minimum diploma holder in Architecture, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or other relevant studies.

2) Min-2-4yrs of working experience in the related field

3) Experience in telecommunication and data center environment is added advantage.

4) Working experience in AutoCAD, Revit, other BIM application tools & concept of BIM and MS Office application is a must.

5) Proficiency and knowledge of BIM Execution Plan & BIM 4D is preferred

6) Familiar with civil, structural & MEP modelling works

7) Need to attend to site when needed.

8) CIDB green card and NIOSH holder preferred but not required

9) Own valid driving license B2 / D

10) Able to start work immediately

11) Preferably Johor Bahru residents
