The BIM Modeler is responsible for developing BIM models, coordinating design interfaces, and supporting BIM implementation according to project and Kajima standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and manage 3D BIM models for CSA/M&E disciplines.
Coordinate with BIM Manager/Project Manager on BIM execution.
Support clash detection, design coordination, and drawing production.
Review BIM models and ensure quality and accuracy.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.
Maintain BIM execution plan and documentation.
Provide BIM-related assistance to project teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural/Architecture).
At least 3 years of BIM modeling experience.
Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
Experience in industrial, commercial, or data center projects is preferred.
